I Had A Dream

It was the summer after graduation from high school when I found myself questioning my future. I had applied to several colleges and universities, not knowing why or what for. All I "knew" to do was go on to higher education, for it was the thing to do...don't ya know. Then the dream, and what a dream it was. I was walking outside in the rain, yet the sun was shining ever so bright. It was pouring, and I loved it! I felt such joy...extreme joy! And as the rain hit the ground, the ground became flooded with silver dollar coins! However, my joy was not from material wealth. I knew this dream had profound meaning, but not til recently (I'm now 55)! Because I have come to understand its meaning, I can walk out my future in a greater measure of assurance, peace and direction. How many want this kind of peace, assurance and direction in life? If we are all honest, we would all answer "yes." God's will for your life is to know Him, and to know Him, we must recognize His voice when He speaks. And He does speak through dreams. However, not all dreams are from God. This is where discernment of truth is needed and crucial. May the Spirit of Truth guide you into all truth.
